01 Why this exists
The internet can act now.
Autonomous systems can search, decide, purchase, book, modify records, operate software and interact with physical environments. The systems that grew up around logging in were not built to carry a portable, current answer to what an actor is allowed to do right now, on whose behalf, and within what limit.
Authentication proves who is acting.
WorldAuth proves what they are allowed to do.

We profile existing standards where they are adequate, and say plainly when one is still a draft.
Answerable
We reply, and we publish corrections
Enquiries get a reply from a person. When a published figure or claim is wrong, we correct it and say what changed.
