# WorldAuth

## Platform
- DMI: exposes authoritative state, capabilities, constraints and actions directly to machines.
- Authority: Principal → Mandate → Key → Gate → ALLOW | DENY | STEP_UP → Execution → Receipt.
- Runtime: executes or safely falls back across native APIs, agent protocols, structured machine surfaces, structured web, browser and vision only where unavoidable.
- Evidence: preserves provenance, claims and outcomes without turning evidence into authority.
- Applications: sector and deployment profiles reuse the same platform semantics.

- Authority is not identity.
- Evidence is not authority.
- Delegation attenuates; it never widens.
- Infrastructure failure never creates authority.
